I loved this electric shaver, for people who just hate shaving with a blade and just want a quick, short, efficient trim, this is what you want. You've gotta take care of the foil on it though, once that's gone, the shaver's no use. It's waterproof as well which makes it easy to clean.

This has been returned three times now with different problems - failing battery and foil cover ripping. I only use it at most once a month. Will try Remington next.

i was impressed with it. i use it for shaving my beard. It does the job very well indeed.
Pros:
Close shave, no cuts, battery lasts long, perfectly shaves neck.
Cons:
NO GOOD FOR TRIMMING LONG HAIR (e.g. scalp), quite loud, rather long charging time, no charge(remaining battery time)indication.
Major disappointment - 2008-07-31
This product is the most time consuming trimming system ever, until now i've used normal hair trimmers, (designed for the scalp), on my body with excellant results. The bodygroom system takes ages, it is uneven, pulls the hairs and struggles to cope.
Further more the blade guards designed to dictate hair length are useless and are made from flimsy plastic which will not stand the test of time I am sure.
Because this is a body contact/hygiene piece of equipment I am not entitled to my money back, I realy expected more for my money, this purchase is going straight to the back of the cupboard.
AVOID, go and get some cheap clippers or learn to steady your shaking hands with a razor instead of forking out good cash for this.

For anyone who's ever been apprehensive about taking a razor south of the navel, this will do the job admirably, leaving your most precious bits & pieces as smooth as a baby's bum yet avoiding that freshly-plucked turkey look... The guards are useful for trimming the shrubbery down to size (though I did manage to break one trying to remove it - hence 4*) AND you can use it in the shower.
