Oh my God! Why did I not buy this like years ago???? After years of straughtening just because i couldn't get volumised flicked out hair I finally found the answer! You still need to use some kind of anti-frizz styling product before hand and it hlps if you use it on damp hair rather than wet. But my hair survived a whole day out in the city with all it humidity, dirt and random breezes on the underground and kept its shape and volume. The best hair appliance I've ever bought!

Dries my hair very quickly but I wish you could shut off the blow bit at the end and just set the hair with the heat.

I love this hairstyler its easy to use saves trying to juggle the brush and hairdryer whilst styling your hair. My six year old daughter loves to use it too.

I just bought this item, thinking that it would be really good as I previously used a carmen one, but turns out its terrible! does not lift your hair or give any volume whatsoever!! very disappointing! Also the hot air it not very good at all on the air styler, which is probably why its hard to create good volume. defo go for something else girls :( Nicky clarke should be ashamed...!

I too bought this after the previous model gave up the ghost. The new model isn't a patch on the previous one, it's too hot, very noisy and difficult to hold and work with comfortably. It's also no longer dual voltage and the attachments have changed.
