This hairdryer is good quality good value and its made my wifes usual dull looking hair look fantastic highly recomend.
Heavy & difficult to use. - 2008-09-12
This has to be the heaviest and most difficult hair dryer to use. The following problems were what put me off this product : 1) The sheer weight of this hair dryer makes drying your hair a chore . 2) Try putting the diffuser on. It is difficult to twist it on & then you can easily drop & break it. 3) On the handle are the temperature control switches & the speed & I kept accidentally pushing these when I was trying to hold the dryer. On the whole a poorly designed product.

Nicky Clarke needs to actually try using this awful monster. In a nutshell, if you buy this, you will go deaf for an hour due to the intense noise, and develop RSI and cramps in your hands, as it weighs more than 2 bricks. Mine is going back for a refund.
