Do NOT waste your money on these!! - 2010-08-14
Over the years I have used many different curling tongs, straighteners etc of all different brands/price ranges and the Babyliss youcurl is by far the worst product I have ever used.
When you first use them, it takes a while to get the hang of it (the instructions aren't very clear and neither is the video on their website), and even when you do get the hang of it, the curls drop out within a couple of hours. I have a £13 Boots own-brand curling tong which does a much better job AND the curls last all night and even into the following day.
I was so disappointed with the product that I made a complaint to Babyliss and they eventually let me return it, and replaced it for a different item. However, it took twelve weeks to resolve and even then, I replaced it for a cheaper item but they didn't refund the extra money. I would never, ever purchase anything from Babyliss again.
not as easy as it looks - 2010-05-22
Maybe its me and i'm doing something wrong but all this does is add a frizz effect to my hair - which isn't a good look. I have really thick hair and have been searching for ever for something that will give me a nice curl that stays in and the easier to get it, the better. When I saw the video for this product I thought this was the answer to my prayers, but I was very disappointed when this barely gave my hair a kink. I've tried it a number of times now to try and improve 'my technique' but no beautiful curls yet!
Very good and incredibly easy to use! - 2010-04-14
This is yet the best hair curler I have used! It is really quick and easy and gives a brilliant effect in no time. Leaves hair in beutiful shiny curls. The thongs heat up nearly instantly, so no silly waiting around, the temperature settings are really good as well, and it's comfortable to hold. Highly reccomended!

bought it for my 20 year old daughter, she could nt master it. its back in the box gathering dust!

You Curl gives a great result - I am totally rubbish with all hairstylers, I have a cupboard full of failures but these are quick and easy to use and the curl stays in!
